Dreaming with Blue

I waited almost three years for my apartment to sell.

During that time I kept my dream of a sustainable lifestyle alive with my art.

Looking at these images now they predominantly blue, but also show the yearning I felt to be more at one with the needs of our planet.

It has been such a busy year with my apartment selling, buying my new home and changing it into the a sustainable home.

While I recovered from a third breast cancer and waited for a buyer I never could have imagined I would find such a perfect home and arrive in this neighborhood just as they were beginning their community garden.

I confess there were many days when all seemed dark but now I say a BIG THANK YOU each morning for waking up in my new home.

If this is how you paint when things are at their darkest, I would love to see your work when all is well with the world. :D
