Wet Day Sustainable Garden

Wanted to share more of my garden today but is so drippingly wet photos through window were necessary.

Here is one of the reasons I  brought my home, the view through the trees. The Gold Coast Sky Line is usually seen in the distance but only a sea of gray today.

Below are the trees I have planted, rose apple, banana, mulberry, corduroy tamarind, mandarin, lemon aspen, creek sandpaper fig and paw paws. You can also see the hedge just planted against the fence and the sweet potatoes, yams and potatoes growing in the compost at the bottom of the garden.

The other side of the garden where frangipanes planted to protect the vegies from summer sun are  beginning to leaf.

Further up on the same side golden canes along the fence to stop the summer glare and computer discs to stop crows eating the tomatoes.

More golden canes softening the main entrance fence line, lavender, nasturtiums, lemongrass, five spice, passion fruit and frangipane in the garden bed..
