What better way to start a natural paint demonstration than with some wonderful home cooked food straight from the garden, and then to work.
Leah about to begin with a wheelbarrow full of clay dug from the local earth and a pot of newly boiled cornflower.
The cornflower was added to the soaked clay and well stirred in with the help of many willing hands.

And then together the same willing hands creating a beautiful wall containing moments of special joy. The poignant image below by Lozen McDiarmid.

Two special permaculture ladies Leah and Vanessa relaxing after a great day's work and Cam I thought that paint was meant for the wall.

Two more moments of beauty from the walls of the new Mandala Organic Art Cafe at Mermaid Beach. These walls were created using the same batch of clay collected last weekend.
