The do it yourself pizza idea was a real winner.
Even a gluten free base option from arrowroot flour.
Here is my friend Lyn's pizza before and after going into the oven.
And then there were Justin's Mum's just so delicious gluten free cake.
Had to be quick to get a photo as it was eaten so fast but here is the recipe and it just so simple and easy.
250g Almonds crushed, 250g Dark Chocolate, 250g Dates and 6 egg whites.
Mix these ingredients together and put in a slow oven (160) for 46 minutes.
For something so easy to be so delicious I will be giving this a try the next time I entertain.
